Wellness is the order of the day

We’re all addicted to suffering , it’s like the world was going to collapse if we weren’t.
Like being happy or at least at peace with what is was an abnormal and egoistic attitude of a deprived of emotions being.
But is it really so?

What makes us suffer is not what happens but our thoughts about what happens.
The more we believe our thoughts the more we suffer. And everything is a question of interpretation.

You are what you believe,
You feel how you perceive.
