Are you ready to die?

We are not a solid, materialized construction made to last for years. The person we were yesterday, we will not be tomorrow. We transform every second, mostly through the change of our thoughts and beliefs (since we are what we think), through the growing awareness and enlightening of the consciousness. We don’t leave a caterpillar to become a butterfly only once in a lifetime – we do it over and over again. We lose parts of ourselves like a snake loses its skin. We partly die each moment to be re-born anew.
It’s a process of letting go, of leaving behind, of emptying our emotional knapsack and making space for the love and light.  You can call it an instant metamorphose. I call it dying to be re-born, letting go of what doesn’t serve anymore and feel the freedom of being who we deeply are.
